WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
TenTen Group is looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to oversee the complete financial operations of TenTen Group and the companies operating under its umbrella.
Responsibilities
- * Manage the financial operations of TenTen Group and its companies
- * Record and monitor income, expenses, invoices, and payments
- * Prepare and submit tax declarations within legal deadlines
- * Manage VAT, payroll, employee contributions, and other financial obligations
- * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- * Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, clients, and suppliers
- * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- * Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning
- * Coordinate with banks, the Kosovo Tax Administration, and other relevant institutions
- * Ensure full compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations
- * Provide financial analysis and report directly to the management of TenTen Group
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- * Relevant experience in accounting and financial management
- * Strong knowledge of Kosovo’s tax and financial legislation
- * Ability to manage the finances of multiple companies simultaneously
- * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- * Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
